Recruitment bids and tender wins

It’s been a busy few months at Bids and Tenders Consultancy, working with new and existing clients on their recruitment bids and tenders. Some are exploring the tender world for the first time, and other old hats are used to the extensions, hundreds of clarifications, and document changes.
Happily, we’ve announced some significant wins over the past few weeks. Including
·        RM6277 Non-Clinical Staffing.
·        HSC Agency Workers – Nursing and Health Care Support.
·        RM6333 Provision of International Healthcare Professional Recruitment and Associated Services.
·        RM6281 National Framework for the Provision of Clinical and Healthcare Staffing.
·        Scotland. Temporary Agency Temporary Allied Health Professionals & Other Clinical Professions. NP50522.
·        ESPO reference 3S_22 Strategic HR Services.

Significant recruitment tender wins worth millions covering temporary, permanent, and international recruitment across multiple sectors.
There have been many changes with awarded bidders recently, with some larger or established agencies making way for smaller and less well-known agencies; the common feature of the analysis is the capability to price the bid correctly. That’s for a separate post.
In the meantime, congratulations to new and old clients (you know who you are). Thanks for working with Bids and Tenders Consultancy. Now the hard work starts for you to turn the wins into income. 😊
